Review of Sexual Harassment in Victorian courts and VCAT - Report and recommendations In 2020, Attorney-General, the Hon Jill Hennessy, and the Chief Justice of Victoria, the Hon Anne Ferguson, initiated a review into sexual harassment in Victorian courts and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).
