Review of Sexual Harassment in Victorian courts and VCAT - Report and recommendations

In 2020, Attorney-General, the Hon Jill Hennessy, and the Chief Justice of Victoria, the Hon Anne Ferguson, initiated a review into sexual harassment in Victorian courts and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT). The review’s recommendations focus on the operation of the courts and VCAT and the systems in place for judicial officers, VCAT members and court services.
