Court Services Victoria is recruiting for an Executive Director of People and Culture.

The newly redesigned role offers the opportunity to work as part of the senior leadership team at CSV. The role will share responsibility with other senior executives for creating a positive, values-oriented culture that is focused on the service needs of the jurisdictions. You will have a strong combination of strategic thinking, a record of trusted advice, and a proven ability to deliver.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the role is accountable for strategic direction and the significant transformation of the People and Culture function. You will be responsible for managing and continuously improving a contemporary HRM practice and for providing practice leadership to HRM activities across jurisdictions. The role is also charged with establishing the People and Culture branch as a critical business partner among CSV and the jurisdictions working closely with senior executives and judicial officers. Your ability to lead through relationships, collaborative networks, influence, and practice excellence will be essential.

Solution orientated, you will bring experience in leading high performing teams to implement transformative change and embed a new service model. Expertise in HRM and IR will be well regarded as will the ability to develop risk minimisation plans and frameworks appropriate to the unique organisational context.
