Courts Education Program

Participation in the Courts Education Program is open to VCE Legal Studies classes and must be booked by a teacher.

Schools can book to participate in the Supreme Court, County Court, Magistrates' Court or Juries Victoria sessions as follows.

Supreme Court

The Supreme Court offers both onsite and online programs. 

  • Onsite sessions are capped at 25 students.
  • Online sessions may be attended by more than one class and school.

County Court

The County Court offers an online program. Online sessions can be observed by more than one class and school.

Magistrates' Court

The Magistrates' Court runs an onsite program. Onsite sessions are capped at 25 students.

Bookings can be made via the Magistrates' Court website.

Juries Victoria Program

Juries Victoria offers both onsite and online programs.

  • Onsite sessions are capped at 40 students.
  • Online sessions may be organised for multiple classes and schools.
