- Account invitation emails can only be resent to users that have not previously activated their CMS Portal account.
- Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.
1. Click: Organisation Administration
2. Click: Resend Account Invitation Email
The Resend User Activation Email screen displays.
3. Complete the Resend User Activation Email field by typing the User Email Address.
4. Click: Search
A confirmation status message displays Inactive.
Note: An account invitation email can only be resent if the status is Inactive.
5. Click: Send
A confirmation message displays and the user is resent the account invitation email.
