Draft Order Enhancements
- A new option has been added to the draft orders process - 'Draft - Incomplete'. This option allows a party to save progress made on a draft as it is being created.
- Other parties are not locked out of this draft and maintain the ability to view and update however the status will be clearly marked as incomplete.
- The Minutes of Proposed Order document will not generate in a status of 'Draft - Incomplete',
- New alerts and corresponding colour coding has also been introduced to assist in distinguishing between the different statuses.

IMPORTANT:
- When an order is in draft, it is only created against one of the sibling cases. If the draft orders panel cannot be seen in a case, click on the Draft Order alert in the case header which hyperlinks to the case that contains the draft.
- ccasionally an order might be in a status of 'Draft Incomplete - Court' (DOI-C). In this status the draft cannot be viewed or updated by the parties, only by the Court.
These changes will take effect on 16 May 2024.
