eDocs is no longer available for filing civil documents, however it remains available for other jurisdictions.

Forms in scope for CMS Portal

While most civil forms are available to upload in the CMS Portal, some were not included in the initial Civil Release, but may be included in future releases.

Refer to the Forms page for a summary of which forms can be filed through CMS Portal and CMS Portal Forms.

Fees

Payments for fees associated with the relevant documents filed in the civil jurisdiction of the Magistrates' Court of Victoria are processed through CMS Portal.
