CMS Portal for criminal jurisidiction is now live.

From 30 June 2026, the CMS Portal will become the single point of entry for all criminal cases in the Magistrates' Court of Victoria (MCV) and Children's Court of Victoria (ChCV).

It will allow external parties to interact with the Courts digitally, leading to improved information flow and safety outcomes for the community.

The unique access code is published every day at 9am. Use this code when connecting to the GuestVG wireless network.

Basic support is available for connectivity issues. For assistance, please contact MCV Technology Services at mcvtechnology@courts.vic.gov.au. Please note that support is limited to ensuring connectivity to the network. We do not provide support for device specific issues or configurations.

On-site court staff are not available to provide support.

Please note that access to the MCV WiFi network is only intended for use by legal professionals. You are not permitted to share this information with any individual or entity who is not a legal professional.

Accepted file formats

When uploading text documents to filings via the CMS Portal, please ensure that the document format is PDF.

The following file formats are accepted:
