Service of applications and documents

  • The introduction of the CMS Portal allows for parties (where appropriate case access has been requested) to view a range of documents and applications.
  • The ability to access these does not replace the obligation on the filing party to ensure that service is affected pursuant to the Children Youth and Families Act 2005. Additionally, CMS portal does not replace the obligation to provide documents/reports to parties.
