Order Entry: Multi-Sibling Adjournments and Migrated IAOs
Adjourning Sibling Cases
- When adjourning sibling cases, it is important that a single Adjournment Order (ADJ) is made across all the children and subcases if it is intended they be listed together at the next hearing.
- If separate ADJ orders are made, this will result in separate listings on the adjourned date.
- It is important to note that children can be placed on different IAOs, but included on the same ADJ order.
Migrated Interim Accommodation Orders (IAO)
- All IAOs that have been migrated from the legacy system will display the Relationship field as 'Other'
- his field should not be updated if the IAO is being extended as CMS will validate to ensure placement details are not changed when the Order Action is 'Extend'.
- This tip is isolated to data migrated IAOs only. For all IAOs moving forward this field will be appropriately populated
