Changing 'order action' field

• The Order Action field is used when applying actions such as extension or variation to existing orders.

• Depending on the action selected, CMS might apply certain validations to ensure the entry aligns with legislation. E.g. ensuring conditions are not varied if extend is selected.

• If at any point when an order is in draft, it is discovered that the incorrect order action has been selected, it is possible to change the Order Action field without losing any of the existing data. This includes conditions that may have already been selected.
