If you're having trouble opening links sent to your email from the CMS Portal, it may be because the Portal is designed to operate in Google Chrome. Here are some ways to open these links even if Chrome is not your default browser:

  • Copy the link from your email and paste it into a Chrome browser window.
  • Change your default browser to Chrome.

Change your default browser

1. Open Google Chrome.

Note: Google Chrome needs to installed on your computer before proceeding.

2. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the screen

3. Select Settings.

4. From the list of options on left of screen, select: Default Browser.

5. Next to Make Google Chrome the default browser, select: Make default.

Note: The following steps vary based on the operating system on your computer. The steps and screenshots used in this guide describe the process for Windows 10.

6. On the Default Apps screen, scroll to the Web Browser section and select current default browser.

7.From the Choose an App popup, select Google Chrome.
