List with Existing
Enhancements have been implemented in CMS to ensure sibling cases can be listed together via Add SubCase and Add Hearing (ADJ) irrespective of lead sibling rules.
The "List with Existing" panel will now display any pending hearing dates across the sibling group.
Add Hearing - Add Subcase
- If you are listing a new subcase to be heard with a pending hearing on the same case, you must select List with Existing to expose the timeslot for the related hearing for selection. You will then be able to select the pending hearing date which will enable the cases to be heard together.
