Making Orders Against the IAO Application

• The following application types can be filed in relation to an IAO:

• Breach IAO

• New IAO

• Vary IAO

• To make an order against any of these applications the Application Order (APP) should be used. The relevant options will then display according to the application type.

 

Making an IAO against the substantive application

• IMPORTANT: The IAO itself must be entered against the substantive application (eg the Protection Application) and not the Breach/New/Vary application.

• Select the substantive application and make an IAO then select the applicable Order Action - New Order, Extend, Vary, Extend & Vary.

• If the substantive application is not listed with the IAO application, seek assistance from the registry to arrange for it to be abridged.
