If I subpoena a witness and they provide documents will they be available via the portal?

Depending on the documents provided the subpoenaed documents will be available via the portal. The parties requesting access will have to seek it via the portal much like it would be released currently via a purple form.

 

Will I be able to access subpoenaed documents via the Portal?

Yes, after the court has made an order releasing documents to parties you will be able to request and gain access to subpoenaed material via the portal.
