Child Protection Enhancements (External)

The following enhancement to CMS will take effect on 8 August 2024.

A new function has been introduced to allow portal users to self-manage the removal of case access.

When the Cases tab is selected in the portal, a new option of Remove case access displays in the Action column.

Once selected, a confirmation screen will appear, and case access will be removed when Proceed is selected.

f access to a case is required again in the future, it can be regained by following the relevant organisation's process.
